The product

The High-Protein Recipe Book is a digital recipe book containing 48 recipes, sold for £12.99. It is delivered as instant online access: after payment you receive a private link and password on your confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery

Access details are delivered immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive them within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us and we will send them to you directly.

Personal use

Your purchase gives you personal, lifetime access to the book. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the link, the password or the book itself — it is for the buyer only.

Refunds

Because this is digital content delivered instantly, you agree to immediate access at the point of purchase, and the usual 14-day cancellation right for online purchases ends once access has been delivered (in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations). That said, if something is wrong with your order or your access, email us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Health disclaimer

The recipes and nutritional figures in the book are general information, not medical or dietary advice. Macros are measured from the exact ingredients used in Pat’s kitchen — values will vary with the brands and quantities you use.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on this website.
